Return and Refund POLICY

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. You must cover the return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item). Please contact us at support@ardenlyselle.com for a return address.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, or altered, with all tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned with the original packaging.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at support@ardenlyselle.com.
  2. Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with the item.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired resolution. Please note that all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Returns (Size or Color Issues)

If the size is not suitable or you wish to change the color, you may return the item. However, you must cover the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have the shop tag attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products Upon Arrival

We recommend checking all received packaging for defects. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, and the customer will not be required to pay return shipping costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider — refund posting times may vary and it may take some time before your refund appears.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the current item and place a new order. Please note that you must cover the return shipping costs if the item is not defective.

Customers pay the actual cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
